Professional achievements

- Since June 2007: Research Assistant Intern with Geneval Call/Africa Department. Conduct research and prepare in-country situation and assessement reports on target countries. Monitor non state actors’ activity and conflict on Africe by researching and producing weekly press and academic article reviews (Africa Update).

- March-June 2007: Research Assistant Intern with the Security Needs Assessment Protocol Project (SNAP) at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR). Searching and analyzing needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation tools developed and used within the UN system. Providing background research assistance.

- Since May 2007: Member of the Réseau d’analyse et d’information sur l’actualité internationale (Multipol).

- Since October 2006: Editor of the Blog African Diplomacy Observer. News, Information and Analysis on Diplomatic (national, regional and international) activities within Africa.

- 1st June - 30 September 2006: Africa Project and Country Forum Coordinator, Strategic Business Meetings (SBM, Geneva)/ TourismAfrica2006 Fair (www.tourismafrica.com). In charge of searching projects, analysing and fitting them for online publication; liaison and relationship with project holder (institutions and individuals); organisation of Country Strategic Forums; liaison and relationship with African countries tourist Authorities.

- June 2005-June 2006: Internet Writer for the "International" section of the website www.artefactinfo.com.

- 15 September – 31 December 2004: Researcher, DiploFoundation (Malta/Geneva): “Multistakeholder Diplomacy” Research Project. “Knowledge Management” on the web site www.diplomacy.edu. Set up a portal presenting “Multistakeholder Diplomacy” practices within national diplomatic systems worldwide.

- 28 June – 28 September 2003: Intern, African Union Sub-regional Office for Central Africa (Yaounde, Cameroon): studying the African Union Policy of Representation. Proposed strategies of improvement and reinforcement of the AU Policy of Representation and communication towards Africa. Writing and editing information letters on AU activities.
